Dried figs and banana smoothie can be a filling morning snack. We get the natural sweetness from dried figs, similarly we use honey instead of sugar. Ingredients: 8 dry fig soaked in water for 30 mins 3 tsp honey / sugar 3 cups of chilled low fat milk 1 cup sliced bananas 8 tbsp fresh low fat curd Directions: * Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till its smooth. * Pour into two glasses and garnish each glass with cashew nut halves.
