Kudampuli Juice for weight loss- This is a very easy to prepare juice, it can be slightly sour and you can add more jaggery to bring sweet flavor. Ingredients - Kudampuli - 2 Nos, Organic Jaggery - 1 Cup / 100g, Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tspn, Cumin Powder - 1 tspn. Preparation -

Wash kudampuli and soak it in a glass of water over night or 5-6 hours
Once its soaked, transfer the kudampuli to a mixer and make it into a fine paste. You can add the excess soaked water to make it a fine paste.
Now add Jaggery powder to a pan, add one glass water to make Jaggery syrup. The syrup should be in one thread consistency.
Filter both the Jaggery syrup and kudampuli mix in separate bowls. Let Jaggery syrup cool down for a while.
Now in a cup transfer the kudampuli juice, add Cardamom Powder, Cumin Powder and the Jaggery.
Stir it well and serve. Increase Jaggery and kudampuli as desired.
