Multi Millet Noodles
- Boil 180g Millet Noodles in 1L hot water for 3 minutes. Soak the cooked Noodles in warm water, drain the water and keep aside.
- Now in a pan add oil, fry onions, capsicum, carrots, cabbage and other desired vegetables.
- Similarly add Nalabagam Natural Spices Masala to it and mix completely.
- After that add drained Millet Noodles to the pan and fry for few minutes.
- Hot and Healthy Nalabagam Millet Noodles is ready for serving.
- Millets are considered super foods because of the rich source of fiber and various minerals. In addition to this, its Gluten free as well.
- Pearl Millet is rich in Magnesium making it a prime force in making your cardiovascular system smooth which in turn lowers Blood Pressure. Therefore it lowers the risk of heart attach or a stroke. In addition, the magnesium in Bajra helps to control Glucose receptors in our body.
